Mazda - 2009 New Car and Truck Line-Up

Mazda has introduced one new vehicles and as revised its existing vehicles in its 2009 line up. The Mazda6 is completely new for 2009 and is now a unique model for the US market. The Tribute and RX-8 has also been updated for 2009. In addition, Mazda continues to rank highly in reliability and is showing improvements in its safety attribute.

Let us start with the new Mazda vehicles. For 2009, a new Mazda6 has been developed. The Consumer Reports result supports this claim. In addition to achieving fourth place as an overall manufacturer, the Mazda MX-5 Miata was chosen as the best car in the Fun to Drive category of the same study. In order to achieve this status, the MX-5 needed to achieve high scores in other areas besides just reliability. The vehicle achieved good results in the road and safety tests as well reliability.

In terms of safety, Mazda, as all brands, has made improvements in 2009. The performance of the 2009 Mazda Tribute in the latest National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's test shows that Mazda is doing something right for the safety of its redesigned vehicles.
